I called Aqua this morning for my mother who had some water on the basement floor near her water meter, the girl on the phone was helpful and courteous, within a half hour I got a call from the serviceman telling me he was on his way, he arrived and told me it wasn't the meter but just a valve close to it. he tightened it and advised me to get a plumber to replace the old valve. I am so impressed with the customer service we received today, call cable company wait a week, call the phone company regarding a land line wait 72 hours, In this world of some many elder adults, response needs to be immediate and AQUA did that for my mom today. Thank you again and again
AQUA PA is one company that shoves bills, literally speaking, down customers' throat going by other reviews on this page. Their 'take it or leave it' attitude is plainly nauseating and it is absolutely unfair that there is not an alternative company that can provide better services. Among the worst companies one has dealt with!
Pros: No alternative, so AQUA PA can thumb its nose at customers
Cons: Someone should start another water sypply company!!!

Too pricy and there is no place to complain - they mail you the bill and no matter whatever you just need to pay it. Or they will threat to shut off your service. They do not response to any complain. We are spending our summer somewhere else, and still get a bill with numbers I can not imagine. Worst customer service.
Please someone start a new business to compete with Aqua PA. Worst customer service i have ever encountered and this company should have some cpmetition so they can treat their current customers better and also offer better rates because i have no other choice so are alots of people
